COACHING AND MENTORING SUPPORT FOR EARLY TO SENIOR-LEVEL PROFESSIONALS
Stellar Consultants & Associates Ltd recognizes the importance of providing support for early, mid and senior-level educators who wish to enhance skills and improve on the job performance while focusing on strengths as well as development areas.  While coaching is generally provided for a shorter period, mentoring relationships tend to be of longer duration.  However, in both cases, the skill sets required are such that the coach and mentor bring a level of understanding and appreciation of questioning, listening, clarifying and reframing as professionals who have had a range of experiences in the field. EXECUTIVE SEARCHES
Stellar Consultants & Associates Ltd can coordinate executive searches, with a specific focus on mid and senior-level positions.  This includes the development of the position specifications, reporting relationships, and responsibilities and objectives.  Working closely with the organization and key stakeholders, core competencies, preferred experiences and soft skills are identified and detailed to be included in the position profile for marketing and recruitment purposes.  Outreach, identification of prospects, tracking and vetting of the applicant pool, coordination of the candidate interviewing process and checking references are all included in our executive search service.
